Scrappy to block intimidate a trick room team or tailwind speed control team you can give it scopelenz and now suddenly triple arrows has 50/50% to crit 50/50% to drop def and 30% chance for the opponents to not move at all legit rockslide on steroids. Not to mention you can combo it with Pokemon like goldman, garchomp, sylveon and the rest. Just sending out a pokemon that's slower then h-decidueye would be seen as war crime
