>>56244020The only other hurdle you’ll have to cross once you can move or approve something is to check each of the stops in that cell area and see which one is upvoted the most or has the most photos. If nothing is upvoted or has additional pictures, the oldest stop that isn’t a gym will become the new gym. To guarantee the second gym will go to the desired building (just in case the stop in that other building is more popular idk) you’ll have to upvote whichever stop you want to specifically become the gym, which is something you can have complete control over when you take advantage of upvoting stops yourself, getting other friends to upvote the stop (which can even be done with anyone via gifting the stop), and waiting for the game to “sync” the new local stop priority system, which takes about 2-3 days (5 just to be safe), and using this system that I myself have trial and error’d can be used to place another gym pretty much wherever you’d like. So pretty much just make sure any undesired gym candidates don’t have more than one photo or have more upvotes or you’ll have to outdo those for the desired gym.
