>Breeding incense is not technically "incense". Breeding incense is actually a condense suet like cube of wax coated and mixed in with a variety of artificial or real pheromones. When these incense are burned, the wax melts, and the pheromones are usually released as a vapor or as a wafting smoke that triggers breeding habits in pokemon that otherwise have annual or specific breeding conditions not usually met in domestic settings.
>Wobbuffet for instance require a "lax" incense to breed in captivity due to the fact that Wobuffet almost always feel threatened or stressed out by anxieties caused from the "pokemon training" process. This is self evident by the fact that Wobbuffet never "let their guard down"; the actual pokemon wobbuffet in a completely calm state looking much more like a D pad with a mouth and black tail.
>The "Leek" Farfetch'd carries around is actually very specific breed of onion that is only capable of growing and reproducing with the assistance of Farfetch'd. When Farfetch'd build their nests they first construct a mound of mud and soil and then line it with these leeks, when the nest is abandoned though the leeks surrounding it act as clippings and take "root" in the soil of the mound. The "remains" of a Farfetch'd nest: Guano and Eggshells are left behind to provide fertalizer and nutrients for the Leeks. Their close relationship also lead to their near extinction as you could literally kill the Farfetch'd, gather their eggs, and uproot nearby abandoned nests as Garnish.
