IDK what gets it but maybe if you can poison the Umbreon? Could bring like Xatu maybe? Maybe if something gets Copycat so you can absorb a Toxic and hit it back?
As for Mismagius, yeah, got nothing. Don't know if there's any decent Insomnia or Vital Spirit mons you can get, probably just have to burn a chesto.
