In Gen I once it learns Confusion the rape train has no fucking brakes. Confusion (and later Psychic) OHKOs the whole game excluding Psychic types that fall for a single Headbutt due to their shitty defense. In Gen II, just give it all elemental punches and Psychic and watch as it tears through everything with its perfect coverage. Absolute bro tier material.
