Basically, Team Rocket blasts off, they land in a village and the people assume they're super heroes called Team Righteous because of a girl, so they ask for their help to stop some machines that belong to a guy that made them to help the village. Team Rocket tried showing that they were evil, in the end they go Getter Robo with the guy's machine to rid the village of incoming Taillow assault. James actually considered staying because the girl asked him to, but he presses a button and they get launched off.
