Heres some I came up with.
Inverse Zone
Battle becomes and Inverse battle for 5 turn when on the field.
Elemental
Extremely powers up moves of the same time, but can only use mives if the same type.
(Much like adaptability but at 2.5x and restrictive)
Alchemist
Copies the opponent s held Item.
Choice Cuts
Powers up Damage, but only allows the use of one move.
(Choice Band + Choice Specs ability)
Anti Virus
If infected with a status condition, will negate the condition and raise Sp.Def sharply.
Malware
Lowers a random stat of the opponent sharply.
Overcharged
Moves that require a turn to charge or recharge no longer need to.
(example: Solarbeam, Hyper Beam)

Self Caused stat decreases no longer take effect.
(example: Draco Meteor, Close Combat)
Exalted
All Pokemon on the field, accept this one receives damage at the every turn, even allies.
Bio Luminescent
Lowers opponents accuracy when on the field.
