Affleck's leak never says anything about the fully evolved form of Scorbunny being pure Fire- it says Scorbunny itself is pure fire(well, actually pure fighter, but we know what was meant).
Not saying it is impossible that the final form is pure Fire, just that Affleck leak doesn't say it is.
