After consulting with the party, we finally decided on our last 2 members. The (surprising) couple of Mint and Hot Gloo joined our squad. Initially I was only going to pick up Gloo, but she wouldn't leave Mint's side, and so onwards we go.
I'm working on bringing our two newest ladies up to speed while we brave Mina's trial. The battles weren't anything terrifying, but there were stressful moments. Ilima's Komala pressed his Z-Move turn 1; luckily I switched to Owlrow and fucked him up in return.
Azula ripped Mallow to shreds, with Owlrow Plucking out the Shiinotic's delicious mushroom insides.
Kiawe tried to get cute after his Arcanine went down with Bonemerang, but I subbed in Zappy who tanked the spinning Flame Wheels and called divine lightning on his head; Azula Venoshocked the rest.
Soffy got burned and brely even got a move off.
The Totem battle was the scariest part. I Toxic'd it turn 1 and it summoned Pelipper on my Azula. Thankfully the Venoshock critted while the Pelipper stockpiled and the totem Danced and I subbed in Zappy for the kill.
Happu went down like the bitch she is; Owlrow, probably tired of all the pain and all the death solo'd her, Z-Moving the Golurk out the gate to stop Sneaky Pebbles and Leaf Blading everything in his path; Mudsdale's Payback almost one-shot him, but he hung on through sheer will and obliterated her.
Now we'll do a training montage (probably get everyone up to 60) and then we climb the final mountain.
