The funny thing is I would probably actually agree with the sentiment that the series nosedived in quality at Gen 6 if XY/ORAS were in Gen 5 and BW/BW2 were in Gen 6. XY/ORAS has berry farming, ribbons, old and good rod, pokeradar, secret bases, and contests just like the previous gens, while BW/BW2 don't. XY/ORAS put tons of detail and effort into every individual Pokemon's animations and details in the graphics while BW/BW2 doesn't. XY/ORAS do a good job on focusing on having tons of extra replayable content such as restaurant battles, more focus on Triple/Rotation battles, Inverse battles, Surprise Trading, etc while BW/BW2 doesn't. BW/BW2 is exactly what Unovafags describe Gen 6 as when they claim Gen 6 is lazy and low effort.
