Question: Is this guy worth using? I've seen yeas and nays across the board. In my own personal experience fighting him, I don't get too worried due to running a move that hurts him and most of my pokemon.
If he is worth building, how should one do so?
Secondly, is a Gardevoir worth building? I got a Modest natured one from the wonder trade, so yeah. Hate to have an opportunity go to waste.
