There's just something about the Pokeverse.
Most things just seem so carefree. Adventuring out in the world, nature surrounding you, it sounds amazing.
I don't mind how this world is becoming in some ways, especially human rights, just compare those to lets say the 50s, it was almost unheard of. Black people and gay people and even women to some extent were trampled on, but one thing I do know was right was how things were a lot simpler back then. People got pleasure out of such simple things. Playing out in the yard, riding bikes, feeling the cool breeze as it starts to get dark, not caught up in an electronic world. They enjoyed the real world. As much as I depend on my computer and most techonolgy nowadays, the old way just seemed... how do I put this, fresher? I long for it. I don't know. It's something I feel like the Pokemon world still has, even though in some areas, their technology is vastly superior to ours.
Maybe someday this planet will get certain traits back but still strive for better in other areas. Make life worth it.
