Gumshoos is based off a detective and A. Rattata are based off of japanese theives. Yungoos most likely represents a young, ambitious green detective, it's constantly hungry and is incredibly active. After it evolves, Gumshoos shows a more relaxed, organized personality. He stalks and memorizes the routes of A. Rattata and ambushes them. (He also has a habit of falling asleep as soon as the sun falls, sort of like a sleeping detective dozing off on a stake-out).
Gumshoos also has themed moves and abilities. It's main ability is Stakeout. Themed moves includes, pursuit, odour sleuth and take down.
