One of them is a legendary and the leader of another trio of legendaries. For what reason was it nerfed?
Why even make Slaking 670 BST or whatever it is if you're uncomfortable with its power? Why not make it 600 BST and call it a pseudo? Or if 2 are more than enough for a region, make it 555 or whatever and make it like Arcanine, a very strong non legendary pokemon.
Archeops isn't even broken with a good ability. It would just be a very very good pokemon instead of useless trash.
What are they thinking here? Are they going to introduce a new item that unlocks their power or will they forever be a joke pokemon?
