Some of the new Ultra Beast movesets just leaked. Presuming they stay the same, here's the overall rundown for PvE:
>Buzzwole: Got Counter, but only has Superpower for a legitimate fighting-type charge move. Not even comparable to Machamp.
>Pheromosa: Got the ideal moveset of Bug Bite/Bug Buzz. While it's about as frail as Shadow Banette, its attack stat/DPS is so monstrous compared to literally every other bug-type that it has a higher DPS^3*TDO than Mega Scizor or Mega Beedrill. Even Deoxys [Attack] can't top its DPS, and it has less than half of Pheromosa's bulk. For all we know it could be the best dupe bug-type in the game for a good, long while.
>Xurkitree: As expected, while it does have decent fast moves with Thunder Shock and Spark, it did get a bit shafted with its best charge move being Discharge. However, even though this makes it have technically less DPS than Shadow Electivire, it's still the best non-shadow electric-type in the game, and only trades the small difference in DPS for enough TDO to put it above Shadow Elective in DPS^3*TDO. Plus, while both have similar amounts of frailty, Xurkitree will be able to get those charge moves out easier since Discharge is a 3-bar charge move when Wild Charge is a 2-bar charge move.
TL;DR
While Buzzwole might only be usable in GBL, Pheromosa and Xurkitree might end up becoming the best of two of the most underwhelming attacking types in the game. Should also be noted that Vikavolt has Bug Bite/X-Scissor, making it the top non-shadow, non-legendary, non-mega bug-type DPS currently in the game. Also, Cutiefly and Ribombee have Fairy Wind listed in their available fast moves, so that might be coming soon.
