Any 'mon running a Steel attack will most likely kill the Fairy in a OHKO, and we know that has become extremely common in examples like Garchomp.
Dragons themselves, the ones who instigated the introduction of Fairy in the first place, can still check Fairies fairly well. I don't see the problem. In fact, we NEED more good Fairy 'mons to make Fairy a truly introduced type, because as it stands now, in general, it's an underdog type.
