I just asked the person who made said survey in Skype, and checked the survey myself. That question specifically in regards to "What areas will you be able to go in next demo?". Not, "What will the route order be for the final game." Once again: Anything that is surveyed for a demo is just that: For the demo. It is subject to change for the final game.
Furthermore, I don't even see why this is being discussed right now, we don't even know what the evil team IS yet. Why don't we do something productive instead, like... work on colors for diloweed, or give mons that don't have TMs, egg moves, and so on them?
