You need either LumaCFW, or just homebrew access (n3DS only because the game uses extended RAM)

Hold select when booting Luma to open up the config menu, turn on "Enable region/language emu. and ext. .code" and press start

Place it in SD:/hans/
Start up the homebrew menu and open HANS, open Pokemon through it.
Once the game's open, just scan one of the new QR codes from the updated PKHeX and it'll deposit the scanned Pokemon in the given box and slot. For example, the ones in this pic will deposit them in box 1, slot 1, 2 and 3 respectively.
