Look at the length of the limbs, the ratio of the chest and hips, the overall proportions of the body - the characters are all squarely pubescent, at the very least, when taking these into account. All of their faces are young because of Ohmori's style, so that's not a good trait to use.

If we're talking about Pokemon lolis, Shauna or Iris are the closest we've gotten - they both have less proportioned bodies, no tits, and are absolutely more child-like.
