I lied, I played some more... I lost Kadabra by trying to Confusion a Geodude so it can't blow up, turns out my Kadabra had shit Special since it didn't kill, but a critical Selfdestruct sure did.
Swapped him out for a Machop I caught in Rock Tunnel, then in Celadon I bought a Dratini and grinded it on Diglett until it evolved.

Kadabra dealt with Voltorb and Pikachu. I swapped to Arbok on Raichu using an X-Attack, then a single dig killed it in one hit.

Beedrill is THE counter to Erika, Twineedle does 4x damage to Victreebel and Vileplume killing in one one, well two, shots. Tangela took all of two hits to take out.
I hope I can Agility strat Sabrina with Beedrill, it's always such a nice moment.
