Was there ever an movie or an special that absolutely made you hate yourself for ever hyping it up, only to get dropped harder than Blastoise getting Seismic Toss'd?
I remember when the 18th movie was announced with it being supposed to be a high-tier Legendary Battle-Royale, only for it to feel more underwhelming than the Post-Alola and the Swsh Special.
That footage tidbit of Ash being controlled by that bad hoopa spirit gives me more chills than the final version, from the looks of it was probably supposed to be more than just a few minutes of Hoopas "I am thou, thou art I".
The only positive things from that ride was the many many event Legendaries getting distributed and the Japanese Soundtrack, with Tweedia still being my Favorite movie ending Song.
So what was your letdown, /padt/?
