Repels all over the mansion to avoid encounters, tons of grinding in the Cycling Road, where Yellow encountered a Fearow.
After losing Coauitle the Golbat in Blue I wasn't sure where to try and catch another Pokemon without encountering a shitmon, repeating a type, or encountering a Pokemon that might be useful in the future gens, so I said fuck it and went to the Safari Zone, where I encountered and managed to catch Patecatl. Hopefully he'll be useful in the Elite Four.
Blaine was the easiest gym thus far I think. Poseidon/Tlaloc/Hodr/Ukko solo'd Blaine.
