Are PSA9s worth more than raw? Of course. But only "investors" care about having their shit graded. People that keep their cards raw are people that are likely not going to sell. So for you, a person who cares about their card's value, it ONLY makes sense to have PSA10s.
For Base set 1st Ed holos, you're looking at a 10x devaluation from PSA10 to 9. And that's 1st Ed holos. Go check the value of your other sets ;) You have a bunch of 9s that don't even cover the cost of the grading.
