Dhelmise's problem is the clay-like texture work of the seaweed and the central idea of ghostly seaweed possessing a wheel and anchor not being apparent at first glance. Dhelmise in-game is also incredibly bland compared to its anime depiction, and it likely won't show up in the anime again for a long time. I still really like it though, it's one of the better gen 7 Pokemon.
