Except I did use Powersaves to raise it to lvl 100. That's why the lvl 100 has a, -13000 or w/e the number was. A single battle will clear it right up. Stats remain the same.
Everything else though, including the PokeRus was obtained through battling and having Diancie sit in the party. Lvl 50 is completely untouched by Powersave's except for the Cloning Process after I got it.
Only real difference, in truth, is if they would rather have a lvl 50 or lvl 100. That's really it.
