It's still terrible of course, but they could've done far worse.Also, reminder that 60 BP is more than enough for Latios to OHKO Scizor with HP Fire and anything with high SAtk to OHKO Dragons with HP Ice. It'll still be used, it just won't be everywhere unless you absolutely need it.
Reminder also that Togekiss is now GOAT dragon check alongside Heatran.
