I figure Rouka's journey starts about 10 years or so after the original Red and Blue (considering Gyaru had a resurgence in the mainstream in the 2010s.) That said, I kinda feel like that doesn't make too much sense. The kanto league already changed drastically in the 3 years between Gen 1 and 2. What're the odds it stagnated for 7 years afterwards?
