Gonna sound faggy, but Suicune. Seeing it on the commercial for Pokemon Crystal is what really sparked my interest in the series, I saw it and was like WOW THAT'S PRETTY I WANT ONE.
It's been my favourite pokemon ever since, I collect merch of it [pic related, the two on my desk], it was the first pokemon I ever EV trained when HG rolled around, I still have that very one though I mostly use it for in game stuff like contests, movies, etc.
I remember when I got to it in Crystal the first time, I didn't understand the concept of saving before legendries, and I KOd it on accident, cried for about an hour, then restarted.
