There will be people who are edgelords, racists, moralfags, hobbiests, people just looking for a laugh. 4chan has never been a place for solely trolls and "hackers on steroids." The variety in the userbase combined with anonymity is what makes imageboards special.
You can post dead children all you want, but don't pretend there is one "4chan approved" way to respond.
