Regionals aren't being dominated by Tapu Lele decks, but almost every deck at Regionals had heavy investment into Zoroark-GX lines as a main attacker. Nobody likes tournaments where there is no variation and everyone is using what more or less amounts to the exact same deck. It's boring and bad balance.
