Yes people can draw misty with tits bigger than a car but there's always gonna be a good chunk of people that see that and think "that's not misty" and they'll turn away from it because they already know misty
Hex is new and lucky enough to have been altered greatly design wise early enough in her design's life span that there are very few people who will say "that's not hex". The variety of hex also leads to people having body type preferences and her being an NPC as opposed to an actual character lets anyone project whatever attributes they want onto her
