We're talking about slight changes for most, and then bigger changes for the ones that would make sense like most birds, bugs and then some mammals-like
for one it would stop you from screeching at waifumons or baramons and it'd then make sense to have them to look so masculine/feminine regardless of gender, and then it could also alter gameplay and we could have more mons that would have different stats and movepools depending on their sexes
