Wally increases his own accuracy. I used this team. Even if my Wally is EX the first synch goes to Xerneas so whatever.
Lillie also increases accuracy and remember that Red and Leon have piercing gaze so they don't give a fuck about evasion.

I use this team on wally currently. This allows him to only need to use the first turn to raise his accuracy for Focus Blast (with the +10 node and two stages it becomes full accuracy) and start whacking right away. With Phoebe you can also max out Xerneas crit and with her and Sycamore's trainer moves you can consistently spam Focus Blast and Horn Leech. Poor Karen didn't stood a chance.
