>>49113832From what I looked up, those creatures in the covers for "Diamond" and "Jade", don't actually exist ingame. They were fan made by whoever distributed the fan translation as Pokemon games.
The game was released only in Japan, and its real name is Keitai Denjū Telefang. There were 2 versions just like Pokemon: "Power Version", and "Speed Version". It was so heavily inspired that it played like a Pokemon clone.
Someone fan translated it and promoted the "Power Version" as "Pokemon Diamond", and "Speed Version" as "Pokemon Jade", and made up some shitty looking cover art. The monsters depicted in the fake cover do not actually exist. The actual cover art for those games are pic related.
There's also a sequel apparently (Keitai Denjū Telefang 2), but I know nothing about it.
