And this picture explained why having a post-map vote on including new areas in the main story was a mistake. This picture has never been refuted. New surveys should not contradict old ones outside of very special cases. The Oil Rig is not a very special case.
It is a post game area and cannot be visited as part of the main-game plot.
I don't mean to cause trouble, Majora, but you cannot deny how MF ran that Region Map survey. There was ample time for people to submit new areas for review and there was never any movement for an Oil Rig. Please stop trying to correct one party's neglect.
