I'm not entirely sure what Lucario adds to your team. It kinda seems like an oddball that doesn't really do much. Maybe try out something like Garchomp (possibly scarfed) or an offensive Heatran in its place for a bit. They both have fairly good synergy with your team, are rather splashable and make it easier for you to deal with Heatran since you won't have to rely solely on Dugtrio. Seeing how Heatran manhandles all of your sweepers a secondary check certainly won't hurt.
