Another story for my beloved Vish:
>Come across a standard defensive team in ranked
>Lead with Sandaconda, bring Dracovish and Clefable as back-up
>Enemy leads with Sylveon
>Earthquake immediately, get hit back by Hyper Voice
>Other guy switches Sylveon into Pex, who tanks the earthquake, protects, then switches out to Excadrill
>Their mole man kills the snake as sand ends
>Seeing as how it's probably the dumbest possible thing to do to send out Clefable against an Excadrill I pull out my Dracovish instead
>Fearing that they'll get a crit, I dynamax my Dracovish and use Max Geyser
>He pulls out Horn Drill
>On showdown Horn Drill has OHKO'd my max'd pokemon before so I immediately begin to worry
>Suddenly I'm greeted by the three best words I've seen in a while in my battles:
>"Dracovish is unaffected!"
>Apparently Dynamaxed pokemon are immune to all OHKO moves
>Excadrill proceeds to get anally ravaged by Dracovish
>He sends in Toxapex and tries to stall out rain, taking two Max Mindstorms that also set up a protection barrier to stop any priority Sylveon might have
>Finally, dynamax ends and it's just his full-health pex vs my Dracovish
>My Dracovish with Strong Jaw, and a Choice Band, who is standing in rain
>Click Fishious Rend
>Toxapex gets fucking obliterated, followed by his Sylveon, who can only futilely dynamax in a vain attempt to keep my baby at bay.
>As the Win/Lose screen pops up I get a disconnect notification
Words do not describe how much I love this thing. Easily one of my new favorite pokemon, period. I've always hated Toxapex. Seeing the memes of Vish trashing it is one thing but actually getting to do it yourself on cart, that's a whole new level of catharsis.
