There are only 2 gyms w/ 5 Pokemon, Giovanni (antagonist), and Wallace (future champion w/ shitmons). Both were the last gym only. If you insist on counting Emerald, than Winona and Juan also use 5, but Juan is knock off Wallace, so counting him makes you a retard.
Y'all need to simplify your gyms. You're not actually supposed to beat the trainers, you're supposed to weed out the shitty trainers who aren't ready for the Pokemon League. Don't worry, the ever merciful frog gym has you covered.
