Ok I'm gonna admit, this design grew on me and while it's a bit silly, I love it.
If this is Turner's design then he did a better job than Sugimori's at giving Venusaur a new form.
At least, it isn't just a small flower on the head for a design.
This one made Venusaur looks like a big plant tank and that's cool.
