I think it's pretty stupid anytime a pokemon is carrying some item or wearing clothes. Also there's that one meme about Kangaskahn being born with a baby in its pouch so that's stupid.

I think most of the bad designs came from gen 1 because it seems they were less concerned with logic and more concerned with having pokemon accurately represent some kind of animal or person, hence the baby in Kangaskahn's pouch and the trunks on 'Choke and 'Champ.
