Didn't really know what to do for movesets, but they both have all 4 egg moves, so you can make the moveset anything you like with Heart Scales and TMs. Put up a Skitty for level 100 Meowstic with message "zam M" for male or "zam F" for female. If you don't specify, you're just getting whichever one I happen to be on the box for already.
Also still have some Liepards left if anyone missed that.
