>>36691714I'd maybe max Kyogre, and get a good Ray to 35 or so. Groudon has a lot of competitors next gen and his moves kinda suck right now, so no real point to max him. Kyogre on the other hand has the potential to be the best water type for a long time, and Fug is a great generalist.
