ExtremeSpeed is one of my favorite moves, and it kinda pisses me off how little distribution it gets. A 90 base speed Pokemon should not be learning one of the fastest moves in the game.
Don't get me wrong, that is the only reason I dislike Lucario. I still enjoy seeing and playing as (on rare occasion) Lucario in Smash, and I did use one on my team back in 4th gen.
