Tox wants absolutely nothing else than to spam Boomburst and his STABs from his special side, but for some reason GF gave him 98 phy att on a typing known for awful physical options(Electric) but without a Gen 1 movepool like Nido has. Nor did they deem to give him a better than "acceptable at best" speed tier.
He's got the stats of a Gen 3 SFMA but was made 5 generations later.
