I'm guessing it's either the second or third gym.
Also kinda why I'm still somewhat suspicious of the supposed leak. I don't see how the Fairy Gym could be the fourth gym.
There's a drawbridge heading to the ground city with the Dugtrio statue and the fairy town is beyond it. Even if the drawbridge was down before going to the snowy town, you'd have to ignore the ground gym for the fairy gym to be the fourth.
This is how I'm thinking the gyms will end up.
