Rocket was the best team, being the most grounded and arguably one of the more successful ones, if not the most successful.
Aqua and Magma were crazy, but still somewhat grounded to a point where they weren't simply goofy.
The rest of the teams are nothing more than saturday morning cartoon villains with silly, world destroying/ruling plots that would make Cobra Commander blush from their sheer stupidity with Neo-Rocket being one of the worst offenders
