>>29607720If you aren't playing difficulty hacks, or "vanilla+" hacks like Red++ and Polished Crystal that add/change a few things here or there but are still based on a canon game and have mostly that canon plot, you're kind of SoL when it comes to story. Most of the time when I play custom region hacks, I'm doing it with the expectation that the story will be laughably bad.
If you're looking for a laughably bad hack, play the Ruby Destiny trilogy. The middle game in that hack is so bad that the creator officially apologized for how bad it is in hindsight.
>Sin 1 is in the first and third game as well as the last dungeon of the second>Sin 2 is somewhat in the first and goes full retard in the third>Sin 3 is in all three>Sin 4 is in all three>Sin 5 is in the first and third (second doesn't let you catch Pokémon until the endgame)>Sin 6 might not be in the trilogy, I can't remember, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was>Sin 7 is in the first game, Ash is the Champion>Sin 8 is in all three>Sin 9 is in all threeIt's really just a wonderful experience.
