Call it Planet Aura, make it double Special Defense. Buff its base Defense to 155. Buff Attack to 149. Subtract Speed to 36. It becomes globe-shaped, like pic-related.

Jesus Christ. Great concept though; I like the throwback to Dragonair with the typing.

Atk: 109 > 149 (+40)
Def: 105 > 155 (+50)
SpA: 75 > 85 (+10)
SpD: 85 > 115 (+30)
Spe: 56 > 26 (-30)

Basically it become a lot rounded and doesn't move as much, kinda fitting back in with the whole world tortoise thing. It walls pretty well (Thick Fat really helps with its weaknesses). Basically it's a more offensively-inclined Mega Venusaur with STAB EQ.
