In a good universe, Ash will try to hard counter Raihan by teaching Gengar a fire move to G-Max so he can clear Raihan's weather with Max Flare setting up Harsh Sun. Raihan will then prove why he's such a good trainer by kicking Ash's door in even with his main strat countered. Instead we'll just have Ash's mons survive 18 hits with weather damage before Mega Lucario kills Duraludon with a Giant Aura sphere.
