He wore an eyepatch when he met Rudy again when he was busting some mons out of jail. and got dognabbed 'because he's funny, haha'. But since that makes him look sinister he's kind of keeping it. He even starts to wear a contact that makes his eye look dead and might upgrade to something cybernetic that lets him see through the patch. Those are metal spikes on the eyepatch.
